By day, I lead product across a shared mobile SDK that powers several consumer apps and the digital servicing experiences millions of customers touch. Alongside it, I build AI-automated workflows that make my own team faster behind the scenes.

By night, I build to learn — agentic AI, consumer fintech, and products I wished existed. Each one a small bet on where software is heading next. I'm grounded in using data to drive decisions — from validating product direction to measuring what's actually working.

"One MCP server. A banking app that builds itself."

Generative-UI financial services on a single MCP server. Each dashboard is composed at request time from a persona model — so the same accounts render a debt-payoff experience for one user and a rewards experience for another — and the same components render natively across iOS, Claude, and ChatGPT. Clickable drill-downs, drag-to-reorder, confirm-first money movement, and a live ranking engine that re-orders what each user sees.

"An AI support agent that never ships a fix without a human."

A human-in-the-loop support agent for a banking app. A customer reports a problem by chat or voice; the agent reproduces it in an isolated sandbox, proposes a fix, and routes that fix to a human approval gate — nothing reaches the app until a person signs off. Every customer record is PII-redacted and every step is logged in a full audit trail.
